2 years agoDelicious! Generous portions. The meat is quality and the soup, bread and coleslaw great. Haven't tried everything yet, but hope to. They even have good fish!

2 years agoClean, small dining area inside. Couple tables outside. Not a huge menu but what we ate was done well. They make their own soups and chili. I liked the chili as it was not real spicy and had chunks of ground beef! That's a repeat. Hubby had the Nashville chicken sandwich which was not real hot he said. I ordered the Reuben. Very nice. Lots of corned beef. And, as usual, leftovers for hubby and I don't need to cook❣️

2 years agoSmall place - 6 tables crowded inside, a couple small tables outside. We ordered a BLT which was pitiful - barely toasted, paper thin shredded lettuce, paper thin 3 slivers of tomato and maybe a slice of bacon broken into 3 pieces which had no flavor. Fish sandwich was OK but again paper thin shredded lettuce and not much of it - had to ask for tartar sauce - oh, and 3 small pickles. 2 cups of Chicken Rice soup was very good. 2 iced teas. Bill was $32 before tip. I wish them well - and other reviews have great reviews for other sandwiches. Try it, you may like it.

2 years agoWe decided to give Connotto's a try and were not disappointed. I had a patty melt which was very good. The macaroni salad was also very good. This is a true mom & pop establishment. I'm not sure how they handle a rush as there's only one person cooking when we were there. All in all the food was freshly made to order and we will definitely be back.

2 years agoWe got the Nashville chicken sandwich, coleslaw, chili, and blt for lunch today. The blt and nashville were pretty good but the chicken could’ve been MUCH spicier. But the coleslaw is probably some of the best i’ve had and OMG the chili! I’m not a huge chili fan but this was incredible!

2 years agoWonderful! The Reuben and the Nashville chicken sandwich were both delicious! The sides (Mac, fries and cole slaw) were all delightful as well. Friendly staff and owner and the portion is great for the price, well worth every penny we will be back and def recommend trying. FYI I love Reuben’s and this is the best one I’ve tried in ocala, juicy and flavorful

2 years agoWe checked out this new sandwich shop in town, not expecting much out of it, but were extremely pleasantly surprised! I’m hoping this place becomes a new Ocala staple because the flavor was like real home cooking and portions were plentiful!
